Designer: Receiving Template Access

By default, Administrators and Authors do not have the ability to edit the template design, therefore, all template changes are made through a request to the Product Support team. If you are interested in gaining access to the template editor, you or someone in your company can become a Designer. The Designer role will allow you to further customize the look and feel of your network's template and will provide you with 24-7 access to manage all template modifications.
