Administrator: ExactTarget Integration

If ExactTarget is your email provider, you can now utilize Compendium to push your blog content into ExactTarget. Before you can begin this feature must be activiated in your account.  In order for this to be activated you'll need to contact either your Account Manager or help@compendium.com.

Administrator: Adding Multiple Social Networking Accounts

As an Administrator, you now have the ability to promote to multiple Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn accounts at a time. 

Please note: In order to successfully add multiole credentials, you will need to logged out of your Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts within your browser.

Author: Promoting a Post

As an Author, you have the ability to promote your approved blog posts to your personal Twitter, Facebook, and/or LinkedIn accounts from within the Compendium application.

Please note: Before you can promote your post, you must first add your social media accounts.

FAQ: Promoting Posts to a LinkedIn Company Page

As an Administrator, you have the ability to add LinkedIn credentials and promote approved posts to LinkedIn.

Posts promoted to LinkedIn via Compendium appear under the 'Network Activity' on the LinkedIn homepage and do not push to the company page.

Administrator: Granting Trusted Author Role

As an Administrator, you have the ability grant selected Authors the Trusted Author permission. The Trusted Author role allows a specific Author to bypass Administrator moderation to publish their posts immediately to the blog. It also allows a Author to promote their posts to their personal Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages.

Author: Understanding the Trusted Author Role

As an Author, you can be granted the Trusted Author role by your network Administrator. The Trusted Author role allows your posts to bypass Administrator moderation to be published immediately on the blog after you click 'Submit.' As an Administrator, you have the ability to add Twitter accounts to your Compendium blog network. Adding a Twitter account allows you to easily promote blog posts to Twitter from the administrator panel.
