When requesting assistance from our Product Support Team, we ask that you submit a help request.  Your help request is then turned into a case within our system.

Our Product Support Team would be happy to assist you with the following items:
  • How-to questions about use of the platform.
  • Blog site enhancements (i.e. template enhancements, call-to-action improvements, general blog advancement).
  • Issue reporting.

Designer: Creating and Modifying Compendium Landing Pages

As a Designer, you have the ability to create and modify landing pages. A landing page is an internal page on your Compendium network that displays content. The main differences between landing pages and regular blog pages are the lack of comments on the landing page and the fact that no posts compend to landing pages. Content on landing pages looks similar to a blog post that sits in the content area.

Designer: Deleting a Landing Page

As a Designer, you have the ability to create and design landing pages on your Compendium network. You also have the ability to delete these pages from the network.

Please note:  Deleting a landing page that has been live can result in broken links. Please use your best judgement when deleting these pages.
