When requesting assistance from our Product Support Team, we ask that you submit a help request.  Your help request is then turned into a case within our system.

Our Product Support Team would be happy to assist you with the following items:
  • How-to questions about use of the platform.
  • Blog site enhancements (i.e. template enhancements, call-to-action improvements, general blog advancement).

Glossary: Definition of a Blog

A blog, also known as a "web log," is a website where entries are commonly displayed in reverse chronological order.  "Blog" can also be used as a verb, meaning 'to maintain or add content to a blog.'

Blogs can be private, or used to enhance the communication and culture for marketing, branding, and public relations for your business.  The latter type of blog is also referred to as a "corporate blog."
