Administrator: ExactTarget Integration

If ExactTarget is your email provider, you can now utilize Compendium to push your blog content into ExactTarget. Before you can begin this feature must be activiated in your account.  In order for this to be activated you'll need to contact either your Account Manager or help@compendium.com.

Administrator: Understanding the Moderation Workflow Dashboard

As an Administrator, you are responsible for setting up Moderation Workflow for your network if it is enabled. Moderation Workflow allows there to be multiple layers within the approval process.

Administrator: Adding a Moderator

As an Administrator, you have the ability to add an additional Moderator to your network if Moderation Workflow is enabled.

1.  Login at www.compendiumblog.com with your Administrator credentials

FAQ: Moderation Workflow

Moderation Workflow is a Compendium feature that allows there to be multiple moderators within one network. The additional moderators will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving a designated type of content. Administrator: Declining Multiple Comments

As an Administrator, you are responsible for moderating content and can decline multiple comments at the same time, preventing the comments from appearing on the live blog.  
  1. Login to www.compendiumblog.com with your Administrator credentials

  2. In the sidebar, click Comments --> Pending
